Some examples of achievements:
collective variable compensation has replaced individual bonuses, meaning targets are shared by all the Talents in a Business Unit, to allow greater transversality and a collective effort shared by all;
launch of Oney Campus, an international training platform to develop our team of Talents around the world and to break down barriers between countries;
implementation of flexible working hours and telecommuting in nine countries: a real breakthrough in the working conditions of our Talents, improving their work/life balance;
healthcare programmes developed in Spain and Portugal.
